YYC CYCLE 

Calgary, the wait is over. YYC CYCLE is open and has been in full force. Their first week which was called "GIVE'R" week,  they raised over 10,000 $ that went towards The Heart and Stroke Foundation. YYC Cycle was started by 3 men, Warren Matzelle, my brother Grady Topak, and Andrew Obrecht. The studio is filled with positivity, that you crave your next sweat session. The studio itself has an energy I can't even begin to explain, you just have to feel it for yourself to truly understand how hardworking, loving and motivating our Motivators are at making you reach your fullest potential. It's more than a workout, you gain a certain strength from within, as well as on the outside. Spinner's High will lift your spirits, as well as others around you, bursts all throughout your day, making you live your life the way it should be, happy, positive and grateful.

I am fortunate enough to consider both Grady and Warren brothers to me, Grady is brother by blood, but Warren might as well be too! They met Andrew, and the rest is history.

They have come so far, and they are the biggest inspirations to follow your dreams. They have killed it so far. Never been so proud in my life!!!! Love you guys. Keep giving'er!

Moraine Lake

MORAINE LAKE, ALBERTA

At first, I was going to do a post on all the amazing adventures, and hikes that I have done.. but then realized I have so many pictures of Moraine Lake, Alberta to write a book on! So here goes... Moraine Lake is on the way to Lake Louise, Alberta. I am so blessed to have lived in Calgary/ YYC my whole life. My backyard is all mountains and lakes, and adventures waiting to be had, and hikes to be shared with friends. Canmore and Banff are my favorite places in the world, besides British Columbia, Bermuda and Switzerland of course. I honestly couldn't narrow down the amount of pictures I was going to feature on here.. but guess that's the photographer in me.. I see beauty in even the most simple, weird photo! So here goes nothing:) Enjoy
